We tried to sleep one night in this hotel. We almost did not managed to We had booked one night for 2 adults and a children of 5 yo. First problem : location is awfull, one of the worst surrounding of the city. Second : the hotel is very difficult to find, no indication, nothing.
Third: upon arrival I give my ID, the manager is questioning me since I live out of France, supposingly my address is a fraud Fourth: lift is not working, we must take the stair from the parking, Five: impossible to give us a room waiting for more than 90 minutes Impossible to give us a room We finally have a random room, not the one we had booked after two hours Deficiency at all levels to avoid at any cost.
